Reverse Engineering CAD/CAM

We utilize Solid works, and Master cam. We maintain current versions of all software to ensure maximum portability of files from our customers, we can process just about any file, whether it be 2D geometry or a 3D file from Pro-E (IGS) to a vector/raster image from adobe. We can take your concept to drawing, and plot them out on 24" x up to 150' Drawings.

CASTING/FORGING/STAMPING Mold/Core Production

The molds are then designed, we work closely with the foundry's to get what you need the first time. Mold designs are produced, then they are transferred to our CAM system. We machine molds in a variety of materials depending on your need, cost, and other factors.

CNC Turning

We feature General CNC Turning, Twin Spindle Turning, C-Axis Milling and Y-Axis Milling, giving us the capability to machine secondary operations in one setup.

CNC Horizontal Milling

Allows very fast and efficient machining in many types of materials, with unsurpassed accuracy and speeds, this machine brings us to the edge of Precision Machining.
